The Paul Sugar Foundation
The Paul Sugar Palliative Support Foundation was established to provide support and assistance to those patients living with a serious illness as well as to their families and other caregivers. The support includes companionship, guidance, navigation, advocacy and emotional support through illness, grief and bereavement.
The Paul Sugar Palliative Support Foundation and the Palliative Support Centre provide
This innovative model of care focuses on emotional support to help relieve suffering, loneliness and fear. It addresses the needs of those living with a serious illness and facing death as well as the needs of their families.
The model uses the love, compassion, skills and experiences of the community as valuable resources.
The participation by the community is an essential part of our plan to grow and reach a wider group of those in need. This participation and assistance can take many forms. If you would like to volunteer in any capacity, please come and see us. There are many ways to help, whether it be in kind donations, financial donations or your time and your skills.
