In memory of Mohammad Ramin
RAMIN, Dr. Mohammad
March 1, 1928.
After a long life and a lengthy battle with Parkinson's, Dr. Ramin passed away peacefully surrounded by family at 7:55 am on Friday, March 11, 2016.
Dr. Ramin was predeceased by his first wife Jahan Delnavaz, his sisters Merziah and Ubjy, his brother Hossein, his son Parviz Ramin as well as many of his friends.
He is survived by his loving wife Tahmineh Nikookar who took such good care of him over the last 3 years and throughout his life, his sister Razieh, his daughters Pari Ramin, Parivash Ramin, Puran Raber, and his sons Pirooz Ramin, Parto Ramin, Peyman Ramin, Omid Ramin, Arash Ramin, 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his loving caretaker of the last 3 years, Amelia.
Dr. Ramin was an amazing, loving, generous and determined Ophthalmologist who helped thousands with their vision.
His family would like to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff at Lions Gate Hospital for their care and heartfelt attention that made him and his family comfortable in his last weeks and days. We would like to especially thank Doctor Paul Sugar who went above and beyond and made such a difference.
