MEREDITH, Patricia Helen (nee Grant)
Age 68 of Vancouver, passed away on January 2, 2014 at Lions Gate Hospital. Patricia leaves her high school sweetheart and husband of 48 years, Peter; three daughters Tracy, Clare (Barry), and Leslie (Jason); grandchildren William, Oliver, Evelyn and Charles; and sister Glenna.
Patricia was born in Toronto to Russell and Catherine Grant. She and Peter were married in Toronto in 1965, moved to Montreal in 1971 and then to North Vancouver in 1982.
She was a strong, energetic woman with a great sense of humor who was devoted to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Allan, Vivian, Donna and Jimmy; her niece Cathy and nephew Matthew.
At Patricia's request, there will be no service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Paul Sugar Palliative Support Foundation
